Custom Contracts to Reduce Your Repair Expenses

A yearly cleaning of your burner and boiler system is recommended and Al's Oil Service's annual maintenance programs can save you a lot. Al's Oil Service has custom service contracts to fit your needs.


These service contracts have been carefully designed by our professional technicians, keeping in mind several important factors, so that you can benefit the most. Our contracts and optional coverage programs include annual cleaning and emergency repairs as well.

Thermostat

Standard Contract

Our standard contract is fairly priced at only $350 a year. This includes all the parts on your burner, the labor charges on those parts, and an annual cleaning service. We don't charge for any emergency service calls made on the oil burner and its controls.


However, this doesn't cover the indoor and outdoor reset controls. Replacements and repairs for the following parts will not be charged under normal wear and usage:


  • Burner motor
  • Fuel pump
  • Transformer
  • Nozzle
  • Electrodes
  • Igniters
  • Limit control
  • Combustion relay
  • Blower motor
  • Pressure control
  • Fan and limit control
  • Cad cell
  • Thermostat (hand-operated)

Deluxe Contract

 The deluxe contract costs only $450 a year. This plan includes all the services covered under the standard plan (indoor and outdoor reset controls are not covered), plus some more parts including:


  • Circulator
  • Aquastat
  • Piping within 3 feet of the boiler
  • Oil valves
  • Firomatic
  • Zone valves
  • Oil-fired water heaters (parts on the burners only)

Oil Tank Contract

Our oil tank contract is only $85 a year per tank. This includes full repairs and replacements of the oil tanks that are covered under the contract. It does not cover any additional charges due to code upgrades, disposal, or permit fee.


This oil tank contract cannot be purchased individually. It can be bought only along with a standard or deluxe contract. Al's Oil Service provides FREE estimates. We also make house calls and offer same-day appointments.
